If a paper jam, ink issue, or printer error occurs, immediately contact the IT Team.
Personal printing requests require prior acknowledgment from the employee’s respective manager
Users are strictly prohibited from dismantling or repairing the printer without IT coordination.
Ensure your laptop or computer is connected to PTA_OFFICE_LAPTOP.
Open Printers & Scanners, then select EPSONL15150TWRB.
If the printer is not detected automatically, manually add it using IP Address:
10.10.111.30.
Ensure documents are free from staples or clips before inserting them into the printer.
Place the document facing upward into the ADF tray.
Use the printer touch panel and select Scan.
Select Scan to Network Folder as the destination.
Choose EPSONL15150TWRB as the destination folder.
Press Scan or Start and wait until the process is completed.
Open File Explorer or Finder and access Temporary > SCAN_L15150_TWR_B.
Use duplex printing whenever possible to reduce paper usage.
Use Print Preview before printing to avoid unnecessary printing mistakes.
Do not leave company documents unattended on the printer output tray.
